     Vault Echoes has begun. 

This is the first true signal — not a roadmap or announcement, but a flicker. 

A moment.

 A sign something has stirred beneath the ash. 

Vault Echoes is a living archive of relics, ruins, and remembered scars from the world of Elystrad.

 Each entry is modular and self-contained — a relic that shifts the story, an NPC with too many names, a room that won’t stay mapped. 

They’re designed to be dropped into any setting.

 But they hum louder in the dark.

and something else is moving beneath the Vault.

 Vault Echoes aren’t releases. 

They’re ruptures. 

When they arrive, they arrive whole — clean, playable, and ready to slot into your table. 

Some will be: 

A single item that reshapes memory

 A delver who shouldn't still be walking

 A Vault room that doesn’t stay where you left it 

Some will burn fast. 

Some may never stop smoldering. 

But none are empty.

sometimes in bursts, sometimes in silence. 

But always from a place deeper than the map.
